Refund Policy

A little reminder of our process, you share with us an excel spreadsheet with all necessary delivery information (address, gate codes, condo #'s, etc...) It is VERY important all delivery information is correct as we go strictly based on your spreadsheet.

***Delightful Deliveries is not responsible for WRONG addresses. If we are at the location and have missing information (gate code, condo #, etc..) we will reach out to YOU via text & phone call and wait 5 minutes for a response. If no response within 5 minutes we will NOT be able to deliver to that address and you will forfeit that delivery.***


There is NO refunds for wrong addresses and failed deliveries.
